TierCommerce is a B2B eCommerce platform for Australian and New Zealand wholesalers and distributors, built on the ERP they already run. Our team builds TierCommerce, and we are its implementation partner for custom work: storefront design and Liquid themes, custom modules on the SDK, integrations beyond the standard set, apps, and migration from an old portal. Most wholesalers still take trade orders by email, phone and PDF, then key them into the ERP by hand. That ties up staff and lets wrong prices and missed orders through. TierCommerce gives trade customers a self-service store with their own prices and live stock, and sends every order straight into your ERP.
Two-way integrations are built and maintained by the TierCommerce team, not bolted on through a third-party connector. Stock, customer pricing, credit terms and orders stay in step with your ERP, so staff stop re-keying orders and customers see the right prices.
The trade features wholesalers rely on are part of the platform, so there is no stack of apps to pay for and maintain on top of a retail store.
You can build the business case before the first sales call. At October 2026, Essentials starts at A$500 a month and Professional at A$1,500 a month, excluding GST, and Enterprise is quoted. The price follows the trade accounts that use the store each month, so cost grows with adoption rather than with an open-ended project quote.
Six AI co-workers run on live ERP data. One turns emailed and PDF purchase orders into sales orders. The others draft quotes, support sales reps, chase overdue payments, maintain the catalogue and help buyers reorder. They follow the same permissions as your staff and check with a person when they are unsure.
The store can be shaped around the way you sell, and any capable developer can build on it. Themes follow Shopify’s Liquid conventions, and the API and SDK are documented, so you are not tied to one agency, including us.
Customer data stays in Sydney, GST is shown inclusive or exclusive for each customer, and support comes from the TierCommerce team in Brisbane during Australian business hours.

Storefront design & Liquid themes
TierCommerce themes use Liquid with Shopify’s folder layout and object names, so our Shopify Plus theme experience carries straight over. We build trade storefronts around your brand and catalogue, with reusable sections your team can edit.
Custom modules for your business rules
Installation bookings, trade-in credits, project pricing, custom charges and the rules only your business uses. We build them on the TierCommerce extension SDK rather than a fork of the platform, and modules that suit other wholesalers can move into the core product.
ERP integrations beyond the standard set
Older or heavily customised ERPs, warehouse systems and supplier feeds. We have built production integrations with Options ERP, NetSuite, MYOB, Xero and Microsoft Dynamics, with retries, logging and monitoring so a failed sync is caught before a customer notices.
Connections to your other systems
Connections to CRMs, marketing platforms, freight carriers and buyers’ procurement systems through the TierCommerce REST API, signed webhooks and OAuth apps. We also build private apps for internal workflows, such as rep tools and reporting.
Migration from your old portal
Customers, price lists and order history moved from your current portal or webstore, so buyers keep their reorder history and log in to prices they recognise. Old URLs are redirected so search rankings carry over.
Multiple storefronts & brands
Separate trade and retail storefronts, or one per brand, on a shared catalogue and ERP connection. We design and build each storefront and set up which customers see which products and prices.
