I connect MYOB to Shopify, Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, and custom Laravel platforms, and I build the sync so that a failed request is retried and reconciled rather than silently dropping an order.

Common MYOB Integration Questions
Can MYOB integrate with Shopify?
Yes. Orders, customers, invoices, and stock levels can all move between Shopify and MYOB, and the same applies to Adobe Commerce or a custom storefront. How it is built depends heavily on which MYOB product you run: AccountRight, MYOB Advanced, and EXO all expose different APIs with different capabilities and limits. The first question I ask is always which one you are actually on, because the answer changes the entire shape of the work.
What's happening with MYOB EXO?
EXO is being wound down, which for a lot of businesses means a move to MYOB Advanced or off MYOB entirely. The part people underestimate is that whatever integration currently sits on top of EXO usually has to be rebuilt, not just repointed, because the target system has a different data model and a different API. If you are on EXO, it is worth planning that work deliberately rather than being forced into it under time pressure.
What's the difference between MYOB AccountRight and MYOB Advanced?
AccountRight is the SMB accounting product. MYOB Advanced is an ERP, built on Acumatica, aimed at larger and more operationally complex businesses. They share a brand and very little else. Advanced can handle things like multi-entity, multi-warehouse, and sophisticated pricing that AccountRight simply cannot, and the integration work is correspondingly different.
Can MYOB drive customer-specific trade pricing on my B2B store?
Yes, and for most wholesalers this is the whole reason a custom integration is worth it. Trade customers need to see their contract price, not your retail price, and that pricing lives in MYOB. Pulling it through correctly, including tiered and quantity-break pricing, is exactly the kind of thing off-the-shelf connectors do not handle.
How long does a MYOB integration take?
A one-way orders-to-MYOB sync is typically a few weeks. Two-way syncing with inventory, customer-specific pricing, and multi-location stock is a larger piece of work. The scope depends on how you trade and which MYOB product you run. Once that is defined, I can provide an accurate estimate.
