1. Server service updates, LTS upgrades, and SSL certificate management require server-level access. All are included when we host your site. If you host elsewhere, we confirm what your provider allows during onboarding, before you commit.
2. Improvement hours are set to your site's complexity and agreed in writing before your first month, so you know exactly what's included. You can add hours at any time.
3. Routine database optimisation and cleanup is included. Large-scale migrations or restructuring are scoped and quoted separately, so nothing lands on your invoice as a surprise.
4. After-hours incident response covers critical issues outside business hours: site down, checkout broken, security incident. We agree what counts as critical during onboarding, so there's no debate at 8pm.
Stability plan pricing is for WordPress websites. Laravel, Statamic, and custom application maintenance is available, so get in touch for a tailored quote. Additional support and development hours can be purchased across all plans.

Either way, terms are transparent and discussed upfront before you sign anything. Most of our clients stay for years because they see the value in the work, not because they feel locked in.
We provide maintenance for WordPress, Laravel, Statamic, Shopify, and custom web applications. We also manage AWS infrastructure, server administration (Nginx, MySQL, Redis, PHP), and third-party integrations like Algolia, Stripe, and Google Merchant Centre. If your business runs on multiple platforms, we can create a bespoke retainer that covers everything.
Response times depend on your plan. Stability plan clients receive email support. Care plan clients get priority support with a dedicated Slack or Teams channel. Enterprise plan clients have emergency after-hours support and the strongest delivery rhythm. All plans include uptime monitoring with real-time alerts, so we are often aware of issues before you are.
Once you sign up, we perform a comprehensive audit of your website and server environment.
