WorkUP Queensland Website Refresh
A WordPress refresh that clarified content, improved accessibility, and modernised the platform for long-term use.
Dynamics 365 Business Central connected to Shopify, Adobe Commerce, and custom platforms, with orders, stock, pricing and invoices that stay in step.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central runs a lot of mid-market Australian operations, and its API surface is capable but particular. We connect Dynamics to Shopify, Adobe Commerce, and custom Laravel platforms so orders flow in, stock and customer-specific pricing flow out, and invoices reconcile, all with the retries, idempotency, and monitoring that keep a business-critical sync honest. As with any ERP, the hard part is not the first API call, it is what happens on the day something upstream goes wrong.
Our integration track record
We run ERP integrations in production against Options ERP, NetSuite, MYOB, and Xero, including a nightly sync of around ten million rows at 100% success. A Dynamics 365 Business Central sync is the same class of work, approached the same way.
The Microsoft Dynamics integration work our senior team most often takes on.
Orders & Invoices
Website orders into Dynamics as sales orders or invoices, mapped to the right accounts and tax treatment, with idempotent writes so a retry never duplicates.
Inventory & Pricing
Stock levels and customer-specific pricing pulled from Dynamics into your storefront, so B2B customers see their negotiated price and nobody oversells stock that is not there.
Business Central APIs
Dynamics 365 Business Central exposes standard and custom API pages plus OData. We use the right one for each job so the integration is efficient and does not fight the platform.
Monitoring & Reconciliation
Retries, alerting, and reconciliation so a failed sync surfaces immediately rather than turning into an operations problem nobody spots until month end.
The same approach behind every integration we deliver, from the first conversation to the years of maintenance that follow.
Scope & map
We define the data, events, responsibilities, source of truth, and failure cases across Microsoft Dynamics and the systems around it.
Build for failure
We design around real failure modes with appropriate retries, idempotent writes, validation, and reconciliation so a temporary outage does not become silent data loss.
Test & reconcile
We test representative data in a safe environment, verify each data path, and reconcile the expected outcomes before go-live.
Monitor & maintain
Monitoring and alerting start at launch. Our senior team keeps the project context and remains responsible for changes, incidents, and long-term operation.
The services and platforms a Microsoft Dynamics integration most often plugs into.
For organisations that need websites, ERPs, finance, CRM, fulfilment, or identity systems to exchange data reliably.
For wholesalers and distributors that need contract pricing, account workflows, approvals, and reliable ERP-connected ordering.
For established consumer brands that need a faster storefront, better merchandising, and commerce systems that can handle growth.
A good fit for consumer brands that want a managed commerce platform and need senior help with complex storefronts, migrations, or integrations.
A good fit for custom applications, complex business rules, APIs, and integrations that need a maintainable long-term codebase.
Scheduled or event-driven updates can be safer, cheaper and easier to recover.
Each field and business rule needs one accountable owner across the connected systems.
Retries, logs, alerts and reconciliation are part of the integration—not optional support work.
A Dynamics integration is only as good as its behaviour under failure. We design for the bad day first, then write the vendor-specific code.
A common shortcut
Ships the happy path.
The implementation wires up standard API paths without designing retries or reconciliation.
When a sync fails it fails silently, and you find out at month end when the numbers do not reconcile.
Our senior-team model
Designs for the failures.
Idempotency, retries, and reconciliation are designed in from day one, using the right Business Central API for each job.
Monitoring and reconciliation surface failures quickly, and our senior team retains the context needed to diagnose and resolve them.
