Apparel21 Integration for Fashion & Retail eCommerce
The fashion-industry ERP connected to your storefront, with the size, colour and style-level stock sync apparel retail actually needs.
Apparel21 is built for fashion and retail, which means the integration has to understand how apparel really works: products with size and colour matrices, style-level and variant-level stock, and inventory spread across stores and a warehouse. Get that wrong and your storefront oversells a size that sold out in one shop this morning. I connect Apparel21 to Shopify, Adobe Commerce, and custom platforms with variant-accurate stock, order flow, and pricing, built around retries, idempotency, and monitoring.
My integration track record
My production ERP integrations run against Options ERP, NetSuite, MYOB, and Xero, including a nightly sync of around ten million rows at 100% success. Apparel21 is the same work at variant level, where the size and colour matrix is the difference between accurate stock and overselling.
What I build with Apparel21
The Apparel21 integration work I most often take on. If yours sounds like one of these, we should talk.
Size & Colour Matrix Stock
Variant-level stock synced accurately across every size and colour, so the storefront shows what is really available rather than a rolled-up style total that oversells the popular sizes.
Store & Warehouse Inventory
Inventory reconciled across retail stores and the warehouse so online availability reflects the whole network, which matters the moment you offer click and collect or ship from store.
Orders & Pricing
Website orders into Apparel21 ready to fulfil, and product, pricing, and promotion data back out to your storefront so the two stay consistent through sales and markdowns.
Reliable & Monitored
Retries, idempotency, alerting, and reconciliation so stock stays accurate through busy trading and failures are caught before a customer orders something that is not there.
A Apparel21 integration built to last
The same approach behind every integration I ship, from the first conversation to the years of maintenance that follow.
Scope & map
We map exactly what needs to move between Apparel21 and your store: orders, stock, pricing, customers, and where the awkward edge cases hide.
Build for redundancy
I build the integration around the failure modes: retries with backoff, idempotent writes, and reconciliation, so it holds up when the API has a bad day.
Test & reconcile
Tested against real data in a safe environment, with reconciliation reporting that proves Apparel21 and your store actually agree before go-live.
Monitor & maintain
Monitoring and alerting from launch, so failures surface immediately, and the same developer who built it is the one who keeps it running.

Apparel stock is variant-level or it is wrong.
Fashion retail lives or dies on knowing that a specific size in a specific colour is genuinely available. An integration that syncs style totals instead of variants will oversell your best sellers every week.
A typical agency
Syncs style totals, oversells sizes.
-
Syncs rolled-up style-level stock, so a size that sold out in a store this morning still shows available online.
-
No reconciliation, so during a busy sale the storefront and Apparel21 quietly drift apart.
Working with me
Variant-accurate, network-wide.
-
Variant-accurate stock down to size and colour, reconciled across stores and the warehouse.
-
Reconciliation and monitoring keep the two in step even through peak trading, with failures alerted immediately.

Common Apparel21 Integration Questions
Can Apparel21 integrate with Shopify?
Yes. Apparel21 can sync variant-level stock, orders, products, and pricing with Shopify, Adobe Commerce, or a custom storefront. The essential thing for fashion is that stock is synced at the size-and-colour variant level and reconciled across your stores and warehouse, not rolled up to a style total that oversells.
Why does variant-level stock matter so much for apparel?
Because customers buy a specific size in a specific colour, not a style. If your integration only syncs style-level totals, the storefront will happily sell a medium that sold out this morning while a large sits in stock. For fashion retail that means cancelled orders, refunds, and disappointed customers, all avoidable with a variant-accurate sync.
Can you reconcile stock across our stores and warehouse?
Yes, and for omnichannel apparel this is usually the whole point. Once you offer click and collect or ship from store, online availability has to reflect the entire network, not just the warehouse. Getting that reconciliation right is exactly the kind of thing a generic connector handles poorly.
