Overview

Impact School Supplies, a prominent booklist supplier for some of Queensland's leading public and private schools, engaged us as their exclusive web development partner. Our mission was to redesign and redevelop their custom education ordering portal, catering to Impact staff, school teachers, and parents.

Challenges

1. Outdated Portal: The existing education ordering portal needed a complete overhaul to meet modern design standards, improve user experience, and improve on eCommerce conversion rates and bottom-line booklist revenue.

2. Collaborative Booklist Management: Impact Education had a requirement that both Impact staff and School staff should be able to hand over booklist management to each other to create a collaborative process, before the final version goes live for parents to order.

3. Integration Complexity: Reliable integration with the internal ERP system posed a challenge, particularly in handling a large volume of data (10 million rows daily).
